The August Club Meeting will be Saturday, August 17th at 6000′ to beat the heat and play radio. We’ll meet up at the Waterrock Knob parking lot at 9am and plan to work 2 & 10 meters (plus 6m if it is open), reminder to Technician’s that you have privileges on 6m & 10m. For 2 meters bring an HT and your best antenna, might be some SOTA folks on the nearby mountain tops you can work line of sight.
Don’t forget first Saturday 9am coffee/breakfast at the Sylva McDonalds, where I’m sure you can get any questions you might have about this upcoming field trip answered.
