    Due to conflicts on the 1st Saturdays of each month, JCARS will be meeting on the 3rd Saturday starting in March. That will be March 19, 2016.     Anyone interested in testing for their Technical or up grading to General or Extra, there will be VEC’s at the Jackson Country Recreation Center from 10:00 am until noon.  Testing cost is $10. Good Luck!!
